We carefully match the client with a caregiver based on care needs, availability, location, experience, and personal preferences. Whenever possible, we arrange a meet-and-greet before services begin so the client and family can feel comfortable and confident with the caregiver selected.

We will schedule a complimentary consultation with our Care Coordinator to discuss your needs in greater detail and complete the initial intake process. There is no obligation to begin services. The intake process simply helps us understand your situation and determine how Wescastle can best support you and your family.

Once you are comfortable with the caregiver match, we will finalize the schedule and confirm your start date. After care begins, the Wescastle team remains involved through ongoing communication, supervision, follow-up, and updates to the care plan as needs change.

If you decide to move forward, our nurse or clinical team will schedule an assessment to better understand the client’s care needs, routines, safety considerations, preferences, and appropriate level of support. This information helps us develop a personalized care plan and determine the best caregiver match.
